My play is stuck in "Processing in progress"

Damien

When you upload a play to Imparato, it is automatically processed to recognize all characters and lines. While this processing is powerful and works on most plays, there are some cases that can cause problems.

For this reason, before launching the vocalization of the lines, you will be asked to validate the play processed by Imparato. This step will allow you to make any necessary adjustments so that the vocalization is perfect.

Sometimes the automatic processing does not succeed in processing your play. In this case, a pre-formatted play is used to tell you the bad news. This situation occurs in the following cases:

  • if your PDF is from a scan
  • if your PDF is read protected
  • if your PDF does not contain any dialog or has a too "exotic" format

What to do now?

You have uploaded a PDF file from your cell phone and you have seen this message Your file has been successfully imported.

Remember that you need to sign in to www.imparato.io with a computer to finalize the import and launch the vocalization.
